There is a Rules app for your phone or tablet, just search your app store for "usga rules of golf".  Please use only USGA material and beware of YouTube videos from self-appointed non-USGA experts.  The rules go through many draft changes and there are videos/articles out there that are just wrong because they are based on draft language that was changed before the official release.
